At Youher Jewelry, we want every piece you choose to stay beautiful and wearable for as long as possible.

That’s why we offer a 1-Year Warranty on eligible jewelry purchases, starting from the date of your original order.

This warranty covers damage that occurs under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or intentional damage.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our 1-Year Warranty may cover repairs for issues that occur during normal use, such as:

  • Loose stones
  • Broken clasps
  • Minor setting issues
  • Other repairable manufacturing or quality-related issues

All warranty requests are subject to inspection and approval by our customer support team.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or rough handling
  • Damage caused by drops, impact, pulling, bending, crushing, or forceful use
  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfume, lotion, or improper jewelry care
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or plating wear over time
  • Lost items or missing stones caused by improper use
  • Jewelry that has been altered, repaired, or modified by a third party
  • Items without valid proof of purchase
  • Items returned without prior approval from our customer support team

The warranty only applies to damage that occurs during normal use. Damage caused by violent or improper use is not covered.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Before sending anything back, please contact us first.

  • The email address used when placing the order
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the jewelry and the damaged area

Once we verify your order and review your request, our customer support team will provide the next steps and return instructions if your warranty claim is approved.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.

After the repair is completed, Youher Jewelry will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired item back to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your jewelry back. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Repair Process

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to confirm whether it qualifies for warranty service.

If approved, we will repair the item whenever possible. If the item cannot be repaired, we may offer an alternative solution depending on the situation and product availability.

Repair time may vary depending on the issue and repair requirements. Our customer support team will keep you updated throughout the process.
