If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact our customer support team before returning any item. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Please ensure the item is in good condition.
  • The item should be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Kindly package the item properly to prevent damage during transit.
  • Please provide your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
  • The return must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns if:

  • The order contains accessories only.
  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
  • The product was damaged through misuse, such as drops, water damage, or incorrect use.
  • Proof of purchase is missing.
  • The return is incomplete, late, or not pre-approved.
  • The item shows signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.
  • The item has been returned without contacting our customer support team first.

For hygiene and quality reasons, returned items must be in good condition and properly packaged.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item, subject to our return policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Please package your return securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

For security reasons, please do not write “jewelry,” “diamond,” or similar words on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and other additional charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
